Here’s what’s included…

  • Weekly 1 - 1 coaching sessions for 12 weeks. 6 x 1hr sessions and 6 x 30 minute sessions. Access to me outside of sessions via WhatsApp or email to explore ideas and keep you on track.

  • Work through a tried and tested framework to help you focus and structure your development. Sessions are firmly grounded in solution-focussed coaching.

  • Working with a highly experienced, trained, accredited, and supervised coach, with an established reputation

  • Take stock, find clarity, redefine what life is all about, find direction and discover more confidence and joy.

  • Honouring yourself and committing to a process is extremely liberating. We will go on a deep journey of self discovery so that you can trust yourself and know that the choices you’re making for your future are the right ones for you.

  • Expert guidance during focused and energising sessions designed to bring you the momentum, clarity and confidence to move forward.

  • We will create an aligned, inspiring vision with a timeline and action plan to make it a reality. Setting goals and milestones to achieve throughout the programme and beyond.

  • Discover, Identify, Solution, Strategise. A framework that guarantees success. You’ll leave the programme with everything you need.

  • Coaching videos, workbooks, journaling prompts and templates, guided meditations, curated reading lists, Unlimited feedback and additional resources

  • Change is hard and that imposter syndrome can be loud so let me show you how to overcome fear and all those roadblocks holding you back so that you can live a happy, fulfilled and passionate life!

  • My role is to support you, guide you and champion you while you grow through change but I’m also here to challenge you and hold you accountable for your goals and ambitions, ensuring your success in the programme.
